Hi,

I have set 5 courses using PP, but now I need to update the base-map in OOM. So, I don't want to start everything from scratch in PP! Can I somehow import the new OOM file and maintain my PP courses?

Save your PP file, then "Save As" a new name, so you'll have a backup.

Then open the new PP file, and point it to your edited OOM map file, which should also have a new name (just in case). If it's working, I'll tend to do one file name per night of work, and then make a new file name each day for courses and map (e.g., PP and OOMapper).

You can try having the map open in PP and OOMapper at the same time, and see if updates appear in PP when you save changes to the OOMapper file (without changing the file name). This works in Condes, but it's probably against the operating system rules.

PP updates changes to OCAD maps when open at the same time, I'd assume it would also do it for OOM maps.

Map updates involving changes of scale or georeferencing would be more complicated, and you probably would have to redraw your courses.
