Final Updates:
1.
Meet notes will
not be provided in your packet; please print your own --
PDF (includes event schedule, mapper's notes, course details, driving directions, overview map, and scoring / award details). If you're already traveling and don't have access to a printer, reply to me no later than today (8/27) at 10:00 pm MDT, and I'll print the meet notes for you.
2. The day 1 & 2 events on Wednesday & Thursday will have
mass starts at 4:00 pm and 10:00 am, respectively, and a special combination of
pin-punching and e-punching. Read more on the
Course Details page.
3.
Start times are posted for days 3-4-5-6 --
LINK. Participants will be required to enter the callup area
three minutes before their assigned start time.
4. If you'd like to be a
pre-runner or help with
control pickup on days 3-4-5-6, please add your name to the volunteer sign-up sheet --
LINK.
5. All participants will be required to carry a
safety whistle. We'll have safety whistles for sale for $1 each at packet pickup.
Also:
* If you'd be willing to
camp at the Relay start / finish area on Wednesday night, please contact
Mikell Platt. (We'd like to ensure that no one else camps in the area we'll need for the Relay start / finish.)
*
Recreational participants on days 3-4-5-6 can report to the start queue anytime between 9:15 am and 11:00 am to be assigned the first available start time. For safety reasons, all recreational participants are required to download (even if you haven't completed your course), so that we know you're back.
* If you're attending the dinner on Saturday night and staying in
Cheyenne, please contact
Tapio Karras (he'd like a ride back to Cheyenne).
