You are not a failure. You have brought trying hard to a new level in fighting to make this happen. There is no shame in being stymied by logistics or sheer effort required. To my mind, it’s more of an OUSA failure. We, as a community, still aren’t deep future thinkers. Is it too late to ask clubs to come in with tentative bids for Champs the next 5 years our at the AGM? :-)
I feel your frustration. Hang in there!
Atlas shrugged. One person can't carry the entire federation; you've done a great job making progress towards the vision of a better organized, high standard set of competitions. Hang in there! You can do this.
Change is difficult. Don't quit trying.
I agree -- it's a herculean effort and you're doing a great job. I promise to nudge the other RMOC board members about 2020 after RMOF is over. :-)
Yeah man, you totally didn't fail. I think the changes you have made happen are really good in the long run and will benefit the organization. The events will come.
