Same happened to me today. A bit woozy, legs and arms were leaden. Had to walk a bunch of my last lap. Got home and I’m ~10lbs light, so definitely the missing liquids, and humidity was so high, too. Chug a lug! Hope you feel better quickly!

Thanks. I really hope it's just something simple. Many times before I've felt like I've had no zip or my legs were really dead, but that's not what happened today. Today my legs actually felt okay but I was just breathing really hard and it felt my pulse was racing.

Yes, my pulse was way too high for the effort, and I was dog panting. Even walking, and without a 20lb pack. ;) I even stopped and lay down in the creek for a few minutes at one point, to no avail (although it felt great).

I agree it was a brutal day. Somehow, it felt so much worse than the headline temperature. And I wasn't attempting anything like what you guys did.

Ditto on the wooziness in the park today -- it's rough out there.
