Toivo!:
...one yr anniversary. Settling in to the lifestyle? Any big plans? And, I can't remember, does Chrissy work?

Chrissy stopped working shortly before James was born and never went back. She did not have the temperament to follow orders...no one likes it but the rest of the 7 billion people on the Earth, except for maybe an elite 152 or 153 have to take orders and grit their teeth as they do.

We are not a 'handyman couple' so we have hired the standup shower replaced and wall tile around tubs replaced also. I know I could have hired Koski's Repair Service, but the travel expenses would have been prohibitive.

Besides you probably would have converted my bathrooms to spa rooms...haha.

I also forget stuff you tell me but as I understand you are retired now...I'm just now sure when...I'm guess mid to late June. Like everyone we know you traveled some this summer...you got old and started doing the MN to Colorado and Arizona run every time I turn around.

I am not a spontaneous person anymore. James has that in his blood and drives around for his girlfriend who lives 80 miles west going to Southwestern Okie State U (SWOSU) where Chrissy graduated. He put almost 20K on his new Honda Accord in the year he's had it.

By the time I do all most specialized exercises to prevent or reduce should, knee, calf, hip, etc pains and semi-injuries and do my walk, trot, running stuff it takes 1-2.5 hours a day...and it zaps me for an hour or two.

I can summon the energy to do yard work...I do nothing fancy but I can mow and trim stuff and even sharped the blade on the mower this past week.

When are you taking up...golf? HAHAHAHAHA. That drains me too. I finish up and take a nap afterwards and I'm semi-comatose.
