...how much were you eating? How about coffee/ Wouldn't that have the same effect?
not that much, maybe a cup of choc soy milk and some cocoa nut and date chunks one day, a half bar of TJ OG pecan and nut another day (ok, thats pretty much). But body super sensitive to cocoa products for some reason, takes about 5 minutes vs. conventional wisdsom of hours. Chocolate has theobromine in addition to caffeine. Quit coffee 20 years ago, when the phone rang I would jump out of my skin:)
