Maltesers are mostly air, aren't they?
Once upon a time I worked out that a 30-min run was approx. equivalent to a Mars bar (chocolate bars were probably larger 20 years ago than they are now).

Then a whole box of maltesers being mostly air and therefore much less than a whole mars bar, must be only 5 minutes worth......( lucky I didn’t mention the glass of red.......)
