Any immediate effect from the dry needling?

While spinning yesterday it was tender in my foot. At lift it didn’t particularly hurt but my calf just felt weird. Unsteady when standing on one foot because the stim was done to fatigue the muscles. Today the calf feels a little tender. Overall no change in the area where I’ve been having pain before, but I think that I have to continue with more exercises in my feet and calves first for that to happen.
