... I think you could race well in it - providing you give yourself time to recover from all the races you've done and the jetlag!!
....agree with Dixie. It's that "recovery" word again.
Take 3 days off then do some short-ish runs with strides and a few sprints to get your legs turning over. Oh and make sure you eat healthily and rest/sleep plenty. Then turn up on the day and see... you never know ;-)
Thanks guys. I've managed to sort accommodation for next weekend's events in Aberdeenshire so we're heading north. Disappointed but maybe next year?
