Take care not to overdo things - too easy with others to train with and other activities to distract you :-)
Thanks, I'll try! At the moment the time between 6-10pm is unknown territory and I don't know my limits. There's things I want to do during this time so there will be some experimentation, especially in the first few weeks. I'm fully expecting to overdo it from time to time but I think it's ok because it's a lot easier to allow my body to recover (simple tasks are a lot easier than they used to be) and I know when I'm overdoing it.
Monday was on paper the most intense day for a while so hopefully it will just get easier.
