This was the weekly CSU training. We had a good sized group, and 6x 0.7k sprints, all starting from the same place. We paired up with someone else around our speed, and tried to beat that person (although doing a different 0.7k course). Each time, we mass-started with the entire group (10 people if I remember correctly).
