make sure you recover well and then start gently. Learn the lesson of what is too much :-)

I'll try! I've learnt that driving solo to Norway and back for a weekend of races is too much!
Oh my! No, that is not the way to recover!! Am sure there are plenty of new germs to adjust to in school and just a lot to take on board. .. more sleep, less driving!!
