Easy running once back in - plus are you doing anything to strengthen it?
I do exercises using stairs which help to strengthen although my main focus is loosening it off as my legs are incredibly tight.
Good to hear of strengthening exercises. Lots of loosening and stretching to keep them supple. I guess you have been to see a physio?
I have not been yet but am booked for next week, my mum has a pretty good idea of what's going on though.
