is high on the list for screwing up practice routine along with muscle pulls. Hope it resolves quickly enough. Consider a Swedish ankle brace for support? I was wed to one after a bad ankle sprain around 2000 - wore it for years. Have stopped using it though.

Recommended by Marie-Cat. All the benefits of taping without the annoyance factors of taping. (No chafing, easy-on/easy-off, easy to readjust, doesn't loosen when wet.) You might find it cheaper on Amazon but use the sizing chart here first.

Thanks for the recommendation. I got a taping youtube from my trainer and it goes thru a half roll of tape for every application. Ends up looking like a cast.
I seem to be recovering okay from the injury. Ran yesterday on the sidehills and slick boulders at Harris Center without damage. But if I continue to have issues I'll try the stabilizer.
