This is why it makes me sad when people say, 'oh i hurt my knee, i cant run'. and then actually don't for 3 months. 'stay relaxed, I think, and be open to adjustments' - sometimes we can be our best p.t., but its hard to tell people to go ahead and run anyway. Sounds like such a fun event!
I tried walking & running on it a few times over the past few weeks, and it really hurt during & after. The intermittent good / bad nature of it last week was weird. I'm just glad it seems to be better now! I realized in recent weeks how much of my social life lately is centered around my running group...
