This put a big smile on my face. I'm glad you went orienteering, enjoyed it, found the controls you wanted to find, and had fun! And, bonus, you got to see old friends -- and they, you. Nice.

Same here. Possibly the best news I've read all day! Also, the terrain looks excellent.

I didn't realize it had been so long. It goes to show that you just seem like such a "normal" fixture of orienteering in New England to us that we didn't truly appreciate how awesome it was that you got out today. And on such a great map and course, too - perfect. So good to see you out there!

It was a fine day. Not something I expect to do often, because I'm just too fragile (back was sorer Sunday, but not so bad considering what I'd been doing). But at least I'll keep my eyes open for another opportunity that might be suitable.

Looks like delectable terrain and a really nice experience for everyone involved.

So nice that you got out there! And that place is tough - gave me fits when I was out there.

I'm bummed to have missed your appearance in the woods. Glad you got out and enjoyed it!

This warms my heart. Knowing PG is out in the forest raises the level of excitement for any orienteering meet.

It was nice of Charlie to give you lots of time to socialize. ;-)

He’s been a good friend for a long time and a real gentleman even longer. Funny, he wasn’t concerned after his run about the controls he had missed, just the people he’d missed. Good priorities.
