Assuming that's your hotel and you go out for any more runs in the city, I'd recommend Dehesa de la Villa, which is due west from where you area. A tad hilly, but definitely a good escape from the city.

I've also seen more than my fair share of nakeds in Casa de Campo.

I remember I ran past a couple who looked to be about 70 or so. Both naked. The woman standing on a picnic table. The man standing on the ground taking a picture of her. I suppose it's art, right?

One of the nicest bits of terrain I’ve ever run in, although it was 20 years ago.
