I’m with you and I just don’t have the patience for a lot of shmitioning every week. It does seem that age requires it, but I reckon even 10 minutes per day can make a huge difference so that’s what I’m aiming for.
I have doing a lot of shmitioning over the last few months, and no running, to get over the chronic issues I've been having with my left knee. Caused by ITB and Quad issues. Have been doing the set exercises at least every other day, pilates on a Monday night. I'm getting there slowly but it's taking time... Stick it out!
Thanks - it's got to be worth it. Physios should offer an MOT test just to spot obvious weaknesses etc before they show up in some stupid avoidable injury. I'm beginning to suspect the secret of vet running is going to be keeping postural muscles together.
That's the problem, nobody wants to pay for it unless it's required (by law) or they need it. If an MOT wasn't required I don't think many would do it.
The best way to do it is to find a physio or pt and do regular workouts
