Yes and foam roll. I'm going to take another day and maybe rollerski tomorrow before I start back. But I've got nothing planned and no target race. At a loose end really. I'm hoping no impact and no work (no striking balls due to the rain) will help my knee. When I run I don't feel it but the rest of the time, even sleeping it's uncomfortable.
