And me by a lot more than that. ;-) Must be all that hiking you do.
I actually ran a lot of the fields and trails - it makes a difference! I'm not speedy but my jogging is definitely faster than my walking.
I no longer feel I need to protect my knees quite as much as I have no major trip planned that sore knees would completely ruin. So I've been trying to jog some every week.
