Do you think they got the construction order right? Considering how mild it is down in Colorado year round, could they have gotten away with completing the interior first and going ahead and using the facility, and only later finishing the exterior? Or do you really need an exterior at all--perhaps it is superfluous? Maybe everyone could just trundle around with umbrellas on the occasional day when there is some of that legendary Colorado summer mist.

Well today you needed a good exterior. But if the new UC is built anything my building, they didn't do a good job. Though it was renovated 15 years ago, at least one of my office windows doesn't shut all the way producing a cool breeze in the winter when windy, and I don't think the walls have any insulation. No need to put your lunch in the refrigerator, just put it next to an exterior wall and it will be kept cool just fine.
