Wow! That's impressive.

It’s an interesting event. Mrs would like me to look for one that has a smaller loop, and ideally is a closed course.

I really have no idea how to train for it, but I might add a formal taper leading up to it.

Wow, big undertaking. Using the Bachetta I assume. Any mods to it for this event?

The Bacchetta would be my choice on a closed course, but maybe not for 145km on open roads. I’ll have to look more closely at the route. The trike would also give me a built in place to nap.

I also find the trike much easier to eat and drink on.

Bacchetta i would just sort out a way to carry convenient food.
Greenspeed I might change gearing - 96gi is pretty low for a flat course.
