Alex - possibilities for this as a ski-o venue?? That looks like a great trail network.

Oh, definitely. Forest is pretty open, the only downside is that the whole thing is on a hillside.

A few short connector trails could be groomed, and I think there are a few hiking/snowshoe trails which could be groomed with enough snowcover (which might be as much as there is now). Would be decent for skiing with a map at least on the existing trails if nothing else. There's some flatter terrain just to the north you might be able to cut a maze in to, as well.

Next time you're in Dublin, give me a shout!

So the funny thing, Neil, is that at Nationals a few years back, the announcer saw "Dublin XC" for the team for the skiers on DXC, and he got really excited about having international competitors. So he kept announcing them as being Irish, until one of the girls, beyond embarrassed about all the incorrect air time, finally went to go inform him that they were from Dublin, New Hampshire.

How's your snow over there?

Roses are blooming, apples on the trees, leek and parsnip from the garden...

If I went up a hill, I might find some. Maybe.

I remember the days when Neil and Patrick where young and upcoming skiers. They even settled (or is it settled who actually won yet?) the Irish Ski O Championships in a race in Sweden.
