Some might say that the Army league races are technical on the easy side not in the most rugged terrain but I do enjoy them. Mark has commented that most of the venues are used each year. So in comparing yourself with Richard, Colin etc. whilst they are top performers but have also run a lot of MLS seasons......

Thanks Charles - I do try quite hard! I also really enjoy these events. Great value. EMIT air was fab!

I knew the top of the big hill from the Caddihoe, where i lost 6 minutes last time, so i had a real advantage there, plus 8-9 as i mentioned on your log.

Richard is a tough nut to crack. In fact, he's always ahead, shame only 10 seconds, I forgot to tape my laces & had to re-tie both ones during my run! oh well!

Think I may have cheated on no 17, so should add 30-60 secs to my time really ;)
