Does she get a warning the first time and a few days of community service for the second offence?
HCA is usually pretty good but I was in there a bit later in the morning because of the coyotes I have been seeing lately - lots of people in there so free range dogs just don't work for everyone. kinda understand. once coyotes move on, we will be back to the usual routine!
TRCA has the same rule up here, not that we follow it very often with AdventureDog. There are fewer park visitors so their main concern here is the risk of stress to wildlife and plants. They’re not wrong but ADog mostly runs on the trail anyway. The wildlife seems to be doing just fine!
