Toivo!:
At least it's good for our health to do LSD...
Right now, I just need to get daily aerobic exercise again.

I worked on my knee with my own version of googled exercises and self-made ankle weight stuff and it seems to work. I even do some stretching of calves and thigh muscles but mostly it is 'movement' stretching...both calves felt a little tight after my 10K shuffle trot...but I have been lucky this time to be able to keep going.

I'm pushing a little now and I always seem to break down but there's a big difference between a minor strain where you cut back for a few days and are back to normal in less than a month versus total shutdown to walking only and it takes 3 months or more to get back to where I was.

Blah blah.

I also ice and heat at times...that goes in cycles because that gets old too. And I have a nice alternating current device...the type with electrodes/sticky pads and you get a little electric surge that you control the 'type' of surge and the strength of...it seems to work ok...no miracles but does seem to offer relief a lot of times.

Thanks for encouragement. I need to find someone to train with occasionally...to be honest I would prefer a female purely platonic workout partner from time to time...it/she would kick in some long dormant hormones/adrenaline that would be helpful to going to a new level...and be a distraction of having only your own thoughts to keep you company...I found running and blabbling almost hypnotic at times...where you fell into a conversation that allowed you to fly along and not even notice.

Anyone that could train at a pace that pulled me along without killing me would be welcome of course.

I guess I could offer to pace ole Herron in her next race...although she might be disappointed I only lasted a mile or two...haha.
