Did you see this new record? Another computer programmer! I'm in awe of old guys who are able to run this fast
. I was also in awe of your sub-3 last month.
As I've found out the hard way, remaining fast and competitive into your 70's is a combination of training, intelligence, planning...and luck. Any momentary lapse can permanently eliminate such hopes. But so far, I'd say you're doing very well, at least in the first three of those categories.
Don't know if being competitive into your 70's is yet on your radar. But the field shrinks dramatically. And being able to move against your few remaining competitors becomes much more fun...look at that smile on Gene's face! Good luck in Little Rock.
