For several years now Florida and Suncoast Orienteering have been offering Livelox as a low cost option for live tracking participants at our events. The uptake was slow at first but is now growing by leaps and bounds. Thanks are due to one Blaik Mathews for keeping at it.
I came to see that with Livelox well ensconced there was a need to show our school orienteering leaders (we have over 40 schools in the state orienteering program) how to use Livelox to help coach their athletes. The good news is that Livelox can help all, not just those using the app. So here is an extensive teaching guide to Livelox with a few extras thrown in. Feel free to download and use if it can help you. Part is how to load up and use Livelox and part is what you can see and teach when you replay the tracks.
