If you are free on Tuesday or Thursday at 6:00pm then the Pacific Road Runners meet at the False Creek Community centre on Granville Island. Very social andd I used to be the President for a couple of years I am sure they will be welcoming

Thanks for the tip, but at the moment I really struggle to run after sitting down all day, so might need to pass on that one.
