Are you coming to New Beechenhurst? I live in hope that one day I'll beat you in a running race but given how long your Dad was still running for I suspect that might be a forlorn hope!

Rather hoping I don't see much of either of you! Remember the venue is now the bike centre not Beechenhurst lodge - so they've taken out the overtaking hill at the end :-(

Yes, I am doing Night Race :-)

The way your running at the moment, Richard, you will be out of site after 100m - although I see Owain will be there again!

Out of *sight*, please.

These things *matter*.

Owain was out of sight & Tommi did indeed scalp Paul! :-)

BUT what is a rhomboid squeeze? & a Bosu balance?

I managed the first 101m without deviating from the course, thank you very much!

A rhomboid squeeze is when you try to crack a walnut between your shoulderblades.

A bosu balance is standing on a bosu and wobbling around on one foot.... apparently very good for cross country skiing.... am not convinced.

Both seem to be excellent for elbowing your way past Paul though! :)
