thats good, but remember, take it easy, easy and only increase effort level or volume after several days of feeling better. That'll help avoid peaks being followed by troughs.
Thanks Jon. The plan is to increase the cycling duration every 2 weeks and only then the intensity a lot later. I think increasing both at the same time was the mistake which caused me to crash last time. Well aware that I'm now in the danger zone of doing too much because I feel good for a few days so trying to keep a lid on things.
