I would not worry about distance, focus more on time. This will change with conditions
I think it's going pretty well in general? I'm struggling with being able to get the right paces for the tempos but I'm working on that. It seems like a good amount of training per week and I'm hoping to do more stretching/rolling this week.
Also, I've been running on the weekends twice and then once during the week, which is probably not the ideal spacing but I much prefer running in the light. What do you think about that? If I do continue it, is there a prefered 2 run types to do consecutively?
I don't work every second Friday, so I think for those weeks it's less problematic.
