Why the treadmill running? Do you not have access to places where you can run outside?
Im just now seeing this, sorry about that, new to this, but i do this because of my schedule, I prefer not to run at night by myself. I run at the parks sometimes, but lately couldn't. How much of a difference is there?
It's just that sometimes you can go a little insane on the dreadmill. It can make running not too much fun. But if it works for you, then that's great!
Just be sure to always have at least a 1% grade on. Since you're not actually moving, there's no air resistance and you're not getting the same workout.
