But don't tend to log our miserable bits on AP as much as reality.
You were going really well, you WILL bounce back and these times of reflection will make the return journey all the more rewarding.
Glad to hear things are looking up :). Sometimes a forced rest does us good, lets us focus on other things and gives mind a break. You've still so much time before any races and that fitness will come back quickly! Andddd...we can still have our Edinburgh weekend regardless so we can look forward to that!
:-) thanks! I think it was just hard to accept after already missing a lot of winter training with illness and niggles but I absolutely will be back!! & it’s not the end of the world with no real racing goals for me this year. At least the motivation for 2020 is doubly huge now :)
