Here's one. Take two yoga blocks. Start on the three inch side. Lay face down on the floor with the yoga blocks set down on the floor a foot or so ahead of your shoulders and off to an angle a bit. Not lifting your legs stretch your arms straight ahead of you elbows locked. Swing your arms in an arc such that they stay ABOVE the yoga blocks and until your thumbs touch above your backs. Elbows locked the whole way. 10 times/day.

Oh, and one rep is completed only once you've brought your arms back to fully extended"above" your head. So you have to get over the blocks twice for each Rep
