clearly I'm not the best to talk about injury prevention, but wish I'd listened to my achilles a bit earlier (was sore for a few months before it got proper bad) and got on the calf raises and heel drops earlier. hope it heals up soon.
I'm dishing out the advice on Nathan's log so aware I need to not be hypocritical! Been on the theraband, roller, stretching and leg strength work. Main issue at the moment is hoping Saturday's XC course will be form enough not wearing spikes won't be a disadvantage. Will look for a physio appointment next week
