Big Jon:
is good from many aspects - save leg, check terrain fitness and avoid injury, remind yourself of night-O technique, give your self time to practise good quality night navigation.
So more of the same with a gradual increase in speed!

Yup I think that’s a good plan. I don’t want to overdo it too early. Would be good to have a chat at some point?

Call next week sometime - not Wednesday (DNC) or Thursday (on course) but other evenings fine.
