Are you training for a marathon or ultra, or are you attempting the Guinness record of the most number of runs in one day...

Neither. Working my way up to half marathon condition, and then maybe onto marathon shape. I miss being in condition to easily enter a 13 mile length trail race. The Merrimac 10 miler is getting to be more of a challenge every year, so I am working on getting my weekly mileage up, and then be able to do longer high intensity training.
