Neither. Working my way up to half marathon condition, and then maybe onto marathon shape. I miss being in condition to easily enter a 13 mile length trail race. The Merrimac 10 miler is getting to be more of a challenge every year, so I am working on getting my weekly mileage up, and then be able to do longer high intensity training.
