Random stat: it is the first time Trepell has failed to reach 25 on five successive days in any month between September and April. (Northwest Queensland can get some remarkably low maximum temperatures in big rain events under the right circumstances; Camooweal once had a 15 in February).

I had the heater on in the office a couple of days. how does 11 days of rain in a row go out here? that can't happen too often.

Its pretty steamy now that the sun has come out.

11 wet days in a row is a record for Trepell (previously 8). Had a look at Cloncurry (record 18, but nothing over 12 in the last 100 years) and Boulia (record 9).
