What are you doing that's "running differently", and why?
Been to see an exercise physiologist after spending most of last year with various injuries...
He's trying to get me to change my running form (ie. moving from heel strike out in front of me, to midfoot strike under my body, and probably a few other things). I'm not sure I'm convinced, but we'll see.
Roch previously commented that I heel-strike too much (which is definitely bad for my hamstrings) but I think I developed that style to protect my knees and ankles...see you at next weekend's events?
I don't think I'll run them, but will probably show up (at least on Sunday - we have tickets to see Bangarra Dance on Saturday night so might not make the sprint).
It will be interesting to see how long it takes for your new running movement to feel normal.
Maybe the organiser can arrange an earlier start for you at the Sprint
