That was my mantra. that way, you get to do stuff, but you also know you're stopping well before danger levels.

Does that also apply when you have a cold?
It's really very minor and not having much impact (relatively) on how I feel, but my immune system is very weak and I'm limited on energy as it is, so feel I need to give all my energy to fighting the virus.
Yes, I'd suggest a cold should reduce your exercise/work depending on how you feel energy wise.
Yeah, definitely agree I need to reduce exertion. Just not sure how much/if I should full on rest. Will need more rest at the start, so hopefully can at least move a bit soon.
Agree with Big Jon. Take it easy until you're over the cold.
