I know what you mean - funny how things work out, isn't it?
You just start getting a bit of speed and stamina after lots of hard work training and the O becomes harder as you try and use the speed and your calling it quits without a real effort to get back in control.
Your all welcome back once your body's start falling to pieces and the speed drops back down again. You can then get to enjoy the delight of a really clean run on some nice technical terrain.
I just hope I am as enthusiastic still after the British Nights.
