You are easily foiled Louise. One must find the optimum distance using the equations for increase distance leading to less disturbance of the sleeper and decreasing distance allowing an easier pressing of the sleep button. That may be further than arms length...

I am not good at falling asleep quickly, especially when it is hot. I can get up early upon hearing the alarm (which is some distance away and requires a walk), but then feel terrible all day. I guess l just need to form a routine.
