Sorry to hear your heel is still acting up. Hopefully a good rest will do the trick. I'm not sure if physio can be helpful for this issue, but I know a good physiotherapist if you need one!
Oh, thanks. Very kind. I've been to the sports med doc already, and have a plan of action... I just need to actually DO it instead of just wishing that I would get better (or that I was still 25 ;). Hopefully, I can avoid physio this time... we'll see.
