A new grandchild is an excellent excuse for missing anything!
So ... I'm trying to guess his name. Henry? Charles? William? Harry? I am not super up on my British royalty so I could be missing a whole slew of options.

Thanks! He's definitely a mellow dude, at least so far (at a day and a quarter old...).

You need to go back much farther, to Arthur! (His older brother's name is Owen, who may or may not have been a king but at least was related to kings.)

Yes, that's quite a bit further back. Owen & Arthur, they go well together!

Thanks, all. He really is a sweetie (still needs to switch his schedule around so he doesn't sleep all day and is awake all night).

Charlie, I just checked on my computer too and the second "image" is a larger minus sign. No image; have you checked permissions? Thanks for trying!

I'm sure that is it. See if this works. The relevant item is in the 3rd row down. It was timely because I saw it the same day as I saw your post in this thread.

Yes, thanks. Those news media paywalls can be tricky sometimes, but I haven't used up my New Yorker quota for the month.

Peggy, those were the names mentioned in the cartoon.

I probably misspoke abput "British" royalty; Owen and Arthur are more Welsh nobility names....

I copied the one in question...we'll see if this works.

Love Roz Chast. She's what I miss most about no longer getting the New Yorker (could never get through one before the next one arrived!).
