Every time you log a run with no dist, I take it it’s because you’re overweight and embarrassed by the 10mins/k splits.
55kg and 3:30 min/k splits every run mate. 5 Stress fractures and counting from overtraining. But like Ali Massons says, "Pain is all in the head".
