Nepal has a weird shape, and vatican is a bit unusual simce its a square.

If you want to be full nerd the Vatican (square flag) is not directly a member of the UN but is a permanent observer state at the United Nations since 1964.
Nepal is also the only national flag which does not have 4 corners

Buut i guess really the only answer is nepal since a square is a special case of the rectangle. Ill await ndobbs and his geometry to confirm that though.
I think every square is technically a type of rectangle but not every rectangle is a square........but that's delving pretty deep
