I can imagine how bad London Mom is feeling with her injury, and it can't help to be staying in a strange place for so long. I'm sure Shelburne Mom will be happy to see you. Get home before the freezing rain starts!

London mom is having a hard time settling into a new place for 6 weeks of therapy/monitoring. The stress is interfering with her general awareness.

Shelburne mom fell last night, but apparently suffered no harm. Her sister was very concerned, but none of the staff is and it was a non event as far as mom was concerned.

Glad S-Mom is OK! Sorry to hear L-Mom is having such a rough time. Old age is not for wimps.

I did notice PB studio is now a Starbucks. I would not have bet on you getting a local one.

The owner raised the rent on the PB Studio, apparently to force them out and land a more lucrative tenant. So technically, I'm opposed to the landlord but I'm not opposed to lattes so we'll probably go there occasionally on our way up north. It was a big deal when Starbucks opened at the south end of Bolton but we haven't been there very often. I guess it's more of a "road trip" thing. Caledon also has the excellent Tin Roof Cafe in Erin, and Crash will be taking over the Palgrave Cafe this summer, which is very exciting!
