Go to “add training” - “gc web sync” then scroll down below the login stuff. There should be a “Configure Automatic Sync” link.

I just happened to notice the link when i was signing in one day and clicked on it. :-) I can't recall if I saw it mentioned elsewhere before that but I think I did.
