Yes she's obviously a better runner than me on the flat. Half the course was in a boulderfield so she must be ok in terrain as well.
She's got great promise. Super fast. Let's hope she progresses!
Meanwhile, "progress" in cases like , urm, me, means "progressing" to more physios & hospital scans, etc. Fun.
